Rules for using the LENIA website, app, account, AI features and subscriptions.
By creating an account, accessing the website or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. You must have legal capacity to accept these terms or use the service with any authorization required by applicable law.
LENIA is a personal intelligence experience built around conversation, memory, context, voice, Lenses, Journeys and, in specific features, visual context. The service is designed to support reflection, organization of ideas and continuity.
LENIA does not replace medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial or other qualified professional services. AI-generated responses may contain errors, omissions or inappropriate interpretations. In emergencies or situations of immediate risk, contact emergency services and qualified professionals.
You are responsible for protecting your credentials and for activity performed through your account. Do not share access in a way that enables misuse. We may apply security measures, limit sessions or suspend access where there is reasonable indication of fraud, abuse or account compromise.
You agree not to use LENIA to violate laws, compromise systems, distribute malware, exploit people, harass others, bypass technical or commercial limits, automate unauthorized access or interfere with operation of the service.
Plans may provide different levels of usage space and features. Intelligence and safety principles are not sold as user-facing “credits”. Trials and promotional benefits may have their own eligibility, duration and limits, disclosed when offered.
You retain the rights you hold in content you submit. By using the service, you grant the technical permissions necessary to process that content and respond to your requests. Saved records and memory exist to provide continuity when enabled; editing and deletion controls may vary by product version.
We may update features, models, providers, interfaces and limits to improve security, performance or economic sustainability. Material changes affecting rights or prices will be communicated appropriately before taking effect where required.
The service is provided using reasonable efforts for availability and security, but may experience interruptions, third-party failures and incorrect responses. To the extent allowed by law, liability is limited to direct damages demonstrably arising from the service, without excluding rights that cannot legally be waived.
